My eSIM is installed on my iPhone, but shows no cellular signal, my number is blank, and SMS/MMS are not working. Can a moderator manually trigger Esim provisioning.

make sure you removed the old carrier sim card, or disable the old carrier esim
and then reboot phone and click reset network settings and test again
if that does not work still, then ask PM support agent to check, you can submit ticket by direct message:

Have you tried setting it as your primary? Have you tried a network reset and rebooted your phone. That helps.
