Having an issue with out going calls it keeps giving a circuit busy error

Could have been network maintenance or tower going down causing over capacity issue. You will likely never find out. It's good it's working again.

I have heard that for other phone provider also have trouble calling out today.

Maybe it's all numbers. Right now 25$ talk and text but changed it to the data plan the other day once my other plan is up
