Need help with switching over from Koodo to Public Mobile. I was instructed to choose a new number temporarily so you could do the switch over. I did that on Thursday and I’m not switched over yet. Can someone please contact me.

was your Koodo account a prepaid or postpaid account?

if it is a prepaid account, you just need to ask PM support agent to help.

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

But if your Koodo is a Postpaid account, then you can actually request porting yourself.  Login My Account (or the PM app), go to Profile page (or Account page on the app), then click Transfer Phone number

now, all you need to do is to open a ticket with PM 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
