my visa expired and I didn’t input my new visa information in time so I have been locked out of my old phone number. How do I gain access to that or make payment with my new credit card

@CaleighRankin  if in hurry to make payment fastest way might payment vouchers and load them *611 . And you may need to wait 24 hours and try again incognito /private mode or from another device or consider using the APP if still no luck contact support to help update credit card / remove it from account and try again to update it

You can buy vouchers at shoppers drug mart or the gas station. From your phone, dial *611 to load the voucher and resume service.  If that doesn't work, you can send a private message to customer service representative.

try login My Account again but use email to get 2FA

On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email

once you are in, to to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and Update payment information there.  After you updated the card, click Pay and Resume Services to make a payment 

if you still cannot login, and need to resume service first, buy voucher from SDM/711/London drugs/Shell and load the voucher using *611
