The website isn’t letting me sign in, I get an error. I can’t submit a ticket because half of the info I need, I’d need to log into the account which I can’t do. So frustrated.

@Annm1 - if this is due to the latest upgrade, hopefully this gets fixed soon!

 

If you have created a self serve account and you are having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.

Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. So wait 3+ hours before you try again.
