Please help, I've forgot my password and only have email I've tried to recover with my email but i also forgot my gmail password what can i do thank you

You should be able to reset your gmail account password.

Then try to reset password;
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
(Check your junk folder)
If not working, you will need to contact moderator.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the blue chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

Expect few hours to 1-2 day wait though.
You could do some basic self service functions by dealing 611 on your phone:
