I swtich my phone from another carrier more than two weeks. I met the following problems:
1. Some times I cannot connect the networks. No cell phone singals can be reached one hour then the signals come back;
2. Even i have signals, (but some times 3G only, not 4G), I cannot send out the messages.
I donot have such issues in my previous carrier.

The problems you're facing could be a number of issues:
1) Who was your previous provider? Public Mobile is going to have different capabilities in different parts of the country because it runs off the Telus network. If you were with a provider like Rogers or Bell, you may notice differences in coverage.
2) What phone are you using? Some phones require their APN settings to be updated.
I would always recommend doing a light reset on the phone, especially if you haven't done so already. Try and give us some more information, so we can help 🙂
