I'm looking for assistance to access my self serve account. I wasn't informed of the self serve tool for Public Mobile when I first signed up so I never registered my self serve. Can someone help me with registering my self serve account so I can make changes to my plan when I need to?

If you have trouble with Self-Serve registration and got error like the number is already registered, then you might want to check all your email to see if you got the activation email in the beginning or at least some PM promotion email. If so, that would be the email address used
you can click Forget Password to try to retrieve the password if you know the email. ( in fact, if you can try all the possible emails you have used to see which one got a reply for reset password)
If still failed, open a ticket with Mod.

Sure, did you activate in store or online?
If you activated online the email address is your username and you would have set up a password. If you activated in-store, you will need to set up your self serve account
