The app should install for your. check your sim manager and see if the eSIM already there and enable it
If not, ask PM to help. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Should still work if the eSIM is there. If eSIM was deleted, you need new one
And if it does not work, best action is to buy new one anyway. You can try ask ask PM for reimbursement after

It’s not a new phone just new account

If that 2 eSIM already used, you cannot reuse them
And with PM setup, any new phone has to buy a new eSIM using the app. (You cannot transfer existing eSIM from old phone to new)

You are existing PM customer ? Just download PM app on new iPhone. Login your account and buy eSIM from Account -> Purchase sim card -> eSIM
