Hi, I recently changed phones and carriers while living in Korea, and my eSIM from Public Mobile was deleted in the process. I still have access to my account and would like to re-download my eSIM.
Could you please help me reissue the eSIM QR code? Thank you!

The above isn't correct. There simply needs to be an internet connection. There is no requirement to be connected to a Telus cell site. If that were true, which it isn't, it wouldn't be possible for anyone to purchase an eSIM as there wouldn't yet be be any service without the SIM card.

You need be in Canada to purchase another eSIM on the PM app on the new phone while connected to a PM cell tower. A replacement is free. You also need to reply to the confirmation text from PM with YES that you are porting to your new carrier.
