I have agreed to set up and deliver an iPhone 4s to someone who self-describes as a Luddite. The person is a senior, is trying to run a small business and is experiencing domestic issues. The person only wants talk + text for now. The phone has been factory reset, unlocked and set up.
Because I do not text (I am an even older senior), I don't know if Apple's message app (green square with a white talk bubble) is all that's needed to text both Apple and android devices or if I need to download another app.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. There is some urgency as the person's existing plan is about to expire.
