Generally without the sim card you can verbally approve the port request by calling your old provider immediately after submitting the port request, verifying you are the account holder and then authorizing the port request.
However the chatr website does not mention anything about how to port out of it with or without a Sim card. A port request can be approved in written form as well so you may need to investigate a little further.
Perhaps it's parent company Roger's handles this kind of situation as they have a dedicated "port out" department that handles these types of requests among others.....I'm sure there's a winback offer sprinkled in there for good measure.
Try the Roger's phone # first to glean some info from them.....if they refer you back to chatr just bear in mind that most of their phone support comes at cost.....
Name of Charge. Amount
Sim activation Free
Enroll in auto-pay Free
Account information request $8
Change account information $8
Password reset—My chatr account $8
Change plan. $8
Data Plus $8
Top-up. $8
Relevant phone #'s.....

Then you would need to get a new sim and apply it to that account and the account needs to be active. Then you can re-do the transfer.

If the original phone number sent isn't working for you use the one I send to your private messages.

What matters is whether the browser session has logged in to a google account. My primary browser with several kinds of blocking and filtering including much of google works fine for the links. My more open browser (Chrome even) without all that stuff and not logged in to google works.

Yup. Open to all as far as I know.
EDIT: Just confirmed using my work computer. We're not allowed to use Gmail on our work computers and this link worked. 🙂

Which number are you talking about? The one I sent you works just fine. I just called it.
10-23-2023 04:38 PM
??? It works for me. Are you using a different phone?

Did you call the phone number sent to your private message box? You will need to imput the phone # to be ported before it will allow you to connect with a member of the porting team. They will ask you for the name on the old account, old account # for the phone # to be ported. As mentioned make sure you have the old Sim card in your phone to reply YES to the PAT ( porting authorization text ) within 90 minutes of recieving it.

No I didn’t talk to anyone as the number is out of service
10-23-2023 04:35 PM
What do you mean "nothing"? Did you talk to a human?
10-23-2023 04:32 PM
I’ve tried going through the link and calling the number but still nothing

You might want to mention when providing Google.com links that the customer needs to have a Gmail account to use your links. Not everyone uses Gmail.

I'm sure someone sent you the porting team number already. If not, just sent.

To port in or out. The old carrier account must be active and payment are up to date so your old SIM is still working.
Activate the new SIM or to the new carrier to active the SIM for you.
With the old SIM in your phone, wait for the text confirming you are porting over to the new carrier with YES. You have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.
The old SIM will continue to work until porting is completed…up to 2 hours.
Power off your phone after porting is completed then switch the SIM and power back on.

Are just now signing up or are you an existing customer? You are the one to start the transfer. This happens during sign up or in your account in change number. Leave the old sim in a phone to confirm the transfer.
