My wife let me use scissors and cutters, and she also let me gamble.
So I cut down mine, my wife's and kids sims to micro them to nano as they upgraded their phones, using downloaded templates online (make sure you print to original size and don't reduce to printer margins etc).
Err on cutting a bit too big and trim down to size. Best is with a file.
But, as others said, do it at your own risk and only if your spouse allow you to use sharp tools.
Worse come to worse, you have to get a new sim card (or a divorce lawyer)

@reza_khoshabi If you do have a sim that isn't one of hte new triple punch you could always find someone that has a sim punch tool and do it your self. Or as @srlawren stated you will need to order one of the new triple punch sims
I wouldn't do it without a tool I would never attempt to cut it mysef with scissors.( that is if my wife let me use the scissors)

@jaswest2754 ...precisely why I didn't suggest it (and never do)!

@srlawren He could also cut it out if that's the case but that takes a good pair of scissors and surgeon precision but is not recommended for the average user but an option if he can't go a second without downtime 😛

@jaswest2754 @Vickel in the past, PM used to sell non triple-punch SIM cards. So, depending on the age of the card, this may not be an option. @reza_khoshabi if you have had your card for some time and it's not a triple-punch, you may need to order a new one from the public mobile website.

That's right, just order the sim and pop out the size you need
