I get that you guys wanna save money and you don’t wanna have the ability to speak to a person live, but that’s super annoying. My data reset the other day and then overnight apparently used up all 6 gigs and I didn’t do a single thing I didn’t use my phone I didn’t listen to music so I need to figure out what happened but I feel like that’s gonna be very difficult to do because I can’t speak to anybody so I guess I’m gonna put a message in here and hopefully somebody gets back to me cause right now I’m without data so we’ll see how this goes.

If you want to talk for customer service. You will need to go to the higher priced top tier (Telus, Bell or Rogers) or mid-tier (Koodo, Virgin or Fido).
Lower tier like PM, Lucky or Chatr are done through dm.

Yes, you can talk to human through personal mail.
Open a ticket through chatbot and friendly agent will get in touch with you .

Yes, Public Mobile's service is through private messages and this Community. It can be difficult through this method. But, you'd have to decide if you stick with them or go to another provider that provides live chat and phone interactions.
But have you reviewed your usage data? On the website it's on the Overview page, Usage Breakdown. You can filter out and try to determine where data went.
But reboot your phone and see if that will help to reset it if you didn't use any.

More details would be helpful. What does your self service account show? data usage history? Is talk and text working okay? Did the payment go through yesterday?
Might want to try a simple reboot of your phone (if not tried already).
