My SIM is locked and my phone is asking for a PUK. I tried all the methods suggested through the chat bot and NOTHING works - How else can I get a PUK when nothing the system suggests is working? How do I actually get in touch with someone from public mobile????????

HI @CocoaNut You can request the SIM PUK via PM Support
click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
- Type: Unlock a phone
- Click "Sim card PUK"
- Click "Contact Us"
- Click "Click her to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Yeah you'd definitely need to contact an agent to request that PUK (or PIN unlock code). Here's that link again: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

It's asking for an 8 digit PUK for the SIM - I locked it by mistake. It's an existing account that hasn't been used in a while.

You'd need to request the PUK from an agent by sending a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Which exact message is the phone giving you? Did you just activate? Is this a new to you phone?
