Calls are going straight to my voicemail. I have paid. Calls are not coming through.

Did you recently port your number to Public Mobile? I would suggest you to send a message to the Moderators with your account details (phone number, e-mail, pin) and a brief description of your issue and they will be able to look into this for you:
