I just signed up with Public Mobile for the $25 a month. It shows it gave the $2 for autopay but it doesn't show the credit for $10 for signing up new and it doesn't show that it will be charging me $20 because of the promo for $5 off for the next 8 ...

Calls are going straight to my voicemail. I have paid. Calls are not coming through.
