My paymet was taken out of my acctount today but i do not have service.can anyone help me out plz

Sometimes life gets in the way of dealing with stuff like this.

 

Hopefully the issue has been sorted out.

@DL00 great question!  Unfortunately, we haven't heard any more from @bill61 since he started this thread on Monday.  I'm assuming that by now, 5 days later with no follow-up, that one of a few possible things has happened:

1) He resolved the issue--whatever it was--himself and is happy with his life

2) He figured out how to message the mods and they resolved it and he's happy with is life

3) He gave up, pitched his SIM card in the trash and moved on to somewhere else

 

Although less likely, I suppose it's possible he's still out there with no service and for various life reasons hasn't been able to come back to follow up.  We may never know....

We cannot check your account to see the problem, but we can tell you some troubleshooting tips that might get you back up and running.

Try rebooting your phone or try turning airplane mode on/off. If it still does not work, check your network settings and see if they look all right. You might want to try your sim card in any other unlocked phone if you have to see if sim is working or not. If you still don't have any service, you will need to wait for a reply from a mod possibly tomorrow morning.
