Hello- I have tried for two days to try and get into buying ADD ONs but I cannot get past the page that wants me to Re-activate the account. When I put in my SIM number it says its wrong. Same on the APP. I have a SIM , it is valid and I am using my account. Can someone help me ???????

the APP wants me to sign in as a new user.....and i cannot move off that page. i will contact CS> Thanks

if you're using the app...reboot your cell and then do a network re-set. Then you'll likely be able to go into your account to successfully buy the add-on of your choice.
