My subscription has 75gb but now I see 50gb

Hey @JoonHur Sometimes the app or online have cache problems. If you have an Android, you can go into the app settings and clear the cache. Then clear the data. Then reboot. Then log in and check again. If it's still saying 50GB when there should be 75GB then reach out to a CS Agent. If you have an iPhone, delete the app and reboot. Then download the app again. Same as above. Says 50GB when it should be 75GB, then reach out to an agent. HOWEVER, before you do this, check your subscription to confirm it's 75GB and not 50GB.

reboot cell and log in to your PM account ...confirm you have the plan you thought you had.
