@Coco51 Try switching your sim into another phone to see if its the phone or the sim. If its the phone try a network reset and restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so.
If its the sim and you tried the other suggestions above. Log into your self service account and choose the change sim option and compare the last 4 digits to the sim card in your phone. The Sims should match. Let us know if they do or don't. Thanks. Stay safe.

Login to self-service account and make sure that your status is Active. Then, restart your phone and when trying to call someone, add +1 in front of the area code of the number you are calling. If same mistake happens again, then wait for assistance from moderators.

Did you enable Autopay when you signed up ?
Call 611 for plan status.

@Coco51 Check your self-service. Is the status Active? Maybe you need to do a manual payment and reactivate your service.

When is your renewal date?
If it is this morning, check your account status on your self-serve account.
If it is expired or suspended, pay the fee and click on the reactivate my current plan link to get your phone working ASAP.

@Coco51 Did you just sign up and are in the process of porting? That can take 2 or 3 hours to complete. You should also try rebooting your phone.
Edit: I see you signed up almost a month ago, so is this an interruption in services that just happened? Try the reboot first to see if that will help.
