Good morning, I received a text from your company to change my plan. After waiting at Koodo at Dixie Outlet Mall for 3 hours, have the Koodo agent try to contact Public Mobile, I was not able to change my plan like your company requested. I paid a total of $65. on my Public mobile account and I can not use the phone. So I had to change company. Now I would like to have my $65. refunded. My service should be end 21 March 2018. I would like my money back or I will be calling CP24 if no one from Public Mobile contact me. It is a scam, that I can not afford. Please refund my $65.00. Thank you.

What plan are you talking about? Which plan at PM and which plan you trying to switch to at Koodo?

Public Mobile hasnt taken calls for a while... the phone company without a phone number
There is NO refund for paid balances ... you were not forced to switch, you even state the switch didnt work so I am confused.
Koodo was giving a $100 credit to make up for the balance... so $100-65 = $35 your ahead.
