My plan did not change or renew

About a week ago I set my account to change to one of the new rate plans and to take effect on my renewal date (which was yesterday).  My plan expired today and it did not renew at the new rate.  I can't make or receive calls now and I don't know what to do next.

@Mary_M took care of this for me.  Maybe there's a bug with AutoPay and changing your plan.
