@RR_Gwen do you have My Account access? best to login to My Account and confirm if Pre-Authroized payment is enabled. In fact, if you just activated, which i assume you did, Pre-Authorized payment would be enabled by default. So, just login to My Account, to to Payment page, then click Manage Payment method to confirm If it is enabled, you should be all good and don't need to pay manually

You can login to your account and have the 2FA code sent to your email then you can continue payment with the CC or debit on your account or you can purchase a voucher and dial 611 to enter the voucher number.

You can switch on AutoPay on your account and don’t worry about paying your monthly bill on time.

Are your services working? Can you log in to your account?
1. Pay using credit card in the account
2. Pay using vouchers in the account
3. Pay using credit card in the 611 service needing your 4 digit account pin
4. Pay using vouchers in the 611 service not needing it
5. Use real time payments in some stores
Vouchers can be bought online or in lots of stores.
