Ive been with public mobile for years, my account is in good standing , and fully up to date on payments.
yesterday during a storm my phone stopped working
and now it would appear that my sim card is no longer registered on the network.
So I cant call out to reach anybody.
how do i fix this ?
where are the humans ?

You can try to turn off your phone, remove your battery, remove your SIM card, put it back and then turn on your phone.
If it still not working, you can call Public Mobile at 1-855-478-2542
