Was working 100% fine, ran out of data a few days early so added more on using the website. I can see that its working, I have LTE registered and displayed at the top but nothing happens. SMS and phone calls are OK still.... 911 issue for me.

@colemoffat, I am not sure the LTE indicator on the phone has anything to do with whether there is data available for use. When you say you added more data, I assume this is through purchasing a data add-on. The reason why I ask is that data add-on purchase is a two step process. Sometimes, the second step is forgotten and the funds are in the account but the add-on was not purchased. Can you check the account to make sure that everything is in place. Check also the usage metering setting on the phone to make sure it is not blocking data.

@colemoffat Sorry you are having trouble, have you tried power cycling (shutting down, turning back on) your phone? This often solves issues.
