Hi, I am a costumer for many years, but today my phone can't find the service. It is keep showing searching!
I tried the following without success:
1.Turn Your iPhone Off And Back On Again.
2. Check for a carrier setting update
3. Take out the SIM card and put it back in
4.Reset your Network Settings
I need help. Thanks

Is it your phone or your account? Can you try the SIM in another phone temporarily? Is your account still showing as active when you log in?

@Leo3 if you sign into your self-serve account, what does the Account Status show as? When is your next renewal date?

Sometimes I just turn airplane mode off and on a couple of times and it works for me.

Is this a new activation ? Has it ever worked?
Have you checked here for compatability?
