My phone is actived but...

I'm unable switch my phone over
I got a text telling me to
Complete the SIM & Activation online form...
Do I have to do the form again? If I do then I need to pay again?! Please help me

There is no way to call PM and speak to a human afaik.  Good luck...

So I contacted Rogers company they have told me. They did not port out my number
Please someone help contact the pm so I can fix this problem

If you haven't already, contact a PM and give them the required info.

 

I would imagine that even if you have already contacted them, but did not give the correct info, it would help to do so again to make sure they have all the correct info. Check out this link below to make sure you give all the right info.

No, public mobile has no phone support. Unfortunately you just have to wait for now

Just keep using the Rogers sim until this gets resolved. Have you sent a private message to a mod?

I sent email to public mobile but no response yet. Is there a help line I can actually talk to someone and help me with this situation??

It's my second day now...
Rogers said they didn't get any transfer
So they can't cancel the line.

I think they want you to click "get help" -> "contact us below" -> "contact us" -> select SIM & Activation and complete the form.
