I am assuming that @psabean has just done the number change from a NS Public Mobile number to an ON Public Mobile number but now all calls are going to Voice Mail. I would think this change would be virtually instant? Might the phone benefit from a complete restart? Or toggle into Airplane Mode and back out again? Just guessing at this point.

Are you by any chance in dnd or airplane mode?
Can you send or receive messages?
What is the network status of your phone?

@psabean what do you mean by 2 numbers? Do you have 2 accounts and 2 active phones with Public Mobile? Or did you activate an account, have a problem with it and activate another account with a new number? If you did that, you are now paying for 2 different accounts, when you only need 1. Which one is it? Thanks.
You would only port a number from another provider to PM or from PM to another provider.

@psabean No need to purchase anything just go into your selfserve account and select the change number option if you want an ON based number.
Restart your phone.

@psabean Try in order to restore your service:
1.Restarting your phone. Turn it off, remove the SIM card, reinsert it, wait 5 minutes and restart it.
2.Putting your phone on aeroplane mode for 5 minutes. Take it off and restart.
3.From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.
If these tricks don't work contact the moderators and ask them to reset your service. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
Welcome to PM.
