My new account is not working

I switched over to Public mobile 2 days ago (porting existing phone number from Virgin), but my service is still not working.  On top of that, I cannot log in to the account I created because it requires validation using my phone number (which of course is still not working)... makes no sense to me that I cannot contact an agent directly to help clear this up.

I was just informed (from Telus Porting department) that the porting of the phone number from Virgin to Public Mobile was completed successfully, however the reason that the phone is still not working (it just says SOS) is that the account setup has not been completed.  Catch-22 is that I cannot complete the account setup because validation for login requires reading a message from the phone.

Still sends message to the phone number even when I checked the box for "Trusted Device"
