I can see that I paid today (Feb 1) for my account, and yet on the overview page for my account, my data shows 5333.802 of 6144MB used.
Shouldn't my data reset to 0 on the day my autopay is extracted?
Thanks,
James.

Thanks, everyone, for your replies.
I ended up contacting the moderators, and they reset my usage for me. Thus, I'm not sure if it would have reset the day after my AutoPay was taken out.
However, I will say, my previous AutoPay day was 90 days ago (Nov 3 2017). And, it took until Nov 18 2017 for my data to roll over.
So, I was skeptical that it would actually roll over on Feb 2 2018. That's why I contacted the moderators.

contact the mods tomorrow if it still doesn't reset.

OP said the account was paid today. I take it to mean that payment was processed. If the payment was an assumption that is not validated, that would explain the data meter not resetting. Anyway, the real payment day is one day after the date shown in the overview page.

I’ll second what @stonechucker said. I’m pretty sure autopay comes out the day before renewal. Or at least from my experience. Keep us posted, tho.
Edit: So I just checked my account and my autopay date shows as the day before my renewal date. So your data should reset tomorrow.

If the autopay date is Feb 1st, tomorrow is the start of the new cycle. What date is on your Overview page in Self-Serve? If you have service, you are still good. I think it will all reset overnight, or possibly later today.
You said it charged your card today, correct?? If that's the case, your next AutoPay date should be early March already.

Is this a 3G plan? These plans are known to have a reset bug? If that's the case, you will need to message the moderator team to do a data counter reset. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Refer to the following link for information on contacting the moderator team.
