I am trying to activate my new SIM card but got an error message saying something went wrong.

As it appears that your activation never completed, there unforutnatley isn't any phone number to be called. The phone number that was provided to you is only for number porting issues. If your Public Mobile account hasn't yet been opened, the porting team wont' be able to assist.

your CC was charged and sim arrived today. You login the app to try to complete the activation? what was the error? you got to the port to enter porting info?
what exact error you got??

@Andrebachman So you trying to port a number over ? Did you miss the 90 minute window to reply YES or not get the text at all ? If this is the case there is a number to call live support to restart the port request will send you private message as we are not allowed to post it here

@Andrebachman So is the SIM card in the phone reboot the device see if services work . Otherwise please contact support to fix

Thanks for the reply. My credit card was charged and the SIM card arrived today.

@Andrebachman First make sure your credit card was not charged if not then try again but try incognito private mode or a different device or lap top . And if your trying on website try on the new PM app instead
