Just signed in yesterday. Turned my phone off and one, removing chip twice...still no dat. Also I have a $12 charge on my account already and already paid for my Sim card st the location. What is this charge for?

@KymbarronWhat plan are you on? Did you sign up for a plan with data? eg the $10 plan doesn't include data. It would be helpful if you post some screenshots of your account via selfserve.publicmobile.ca. That way we can help you decipher want's going on.
The SIM card is just the key that indentifies you to the Public Mobile network. You still need to pre purchase a plan associated with the SIM card before you can access the network.

Which plan are you on?
As for charges on your credit card, they could be either for the sim card itself or the plan fee.

I think it may be a credit if you used referral10 and if you signed up for aytopay 2

Which phone are you using?
