I can't use my phone because my data hasn't been working and I have 80gb at 5g and unlimited at 3g so why is this bs happening not impressed with the service fr use I want my data an service working 😒

Sounds like it's the system processes on the phone not receiving data. Firstly update your phone if possible. Second, go to Settings > Mobile Network > Data Usage > Network Access. Click top right 3 dots and select show system processes. Turn all of these back on for Mobile data.

I've done all the basic stuff I can do even reset network and phone still not working an I have 80gb at 5g an unlimited at 3g after 80g at 5g used up

Sorry to hear about your troubles. There is no live customer service. No call centre or live chat feature. Most community members are customers like yourself. We offer troubleshooting advice, but unable to access your account. Customer service is done via the ticketing/private messaging system.
More details would be helpful. Does text and talk services work? Which model phone?
If physical SIM card, you could try the SIM card in another working phone. That would help determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.

What phone and do you have carrier set to auto? Also double check after you turn your mobile data on that your phone isn't blocking apps access to it.
