Are you on a 30 day or 90 day plan? And where are you getting the 3.6 GB figure from?

You should reset your APN settings. I did and everything works fine now 🙂 Go to this website to get help with resetting your APN

If you still have your allotted data, and have checked your apn settings, try restarting your phone.

I logged in and it says it has all the data, it hasn't used any data at all. This is my first time experiencing this, but I just recently got this plan.

Can you log into your self-serve and check under "My Daa=ta & Add ons". If you see no usage there, it means that you have used up all of your data.
If there is usage there, something may be wrong with the APN settings. Is this the first time you are expierencing this?. Is it possible to do a network reset on your phone ( I know that some phones can do that)
