@Chuck6969 When did you add the voucher before the 12th and then selected Change plan at Next Renewal which is always the recommended option as PM won't refund/prorate for unused days left in the current cycle?
If you added the funds today and scheduled the plan change at next renewal, then you will need to wait until your next renewal date for the change to become effective.
Also make sure you are viewing up to date information in the account by logging in with private/incognito mode on the browser because of PM's site caching issues.

was suppose to be 12th this month and plan did not activate

was just switching plan and was to renew on next payment date so that 40 went in no problem but now account suspended

well I submitted 40 voucher and clicked change plan and followed all procedures but something is gone wrong

Cart is non completed purchase. But Available fund can be used
What are you trying to do or buy?
or you trying to resume service? Try using Incognito/Private/Secret browser mode
