Last week I was texting a coworker about a project at work. I never saved the number in my phone and deleted the text messages. I would recognize the number as soon as I see it. However going through my call logs, several texts I made do not appear.
Where can I get a FULL call log for the past week?

Hey @annawalker13,
Could you please send me a private message with your phone number, as well as the approximate date & time of the messages you are looking for?
I'll see what I can find!
Thanks,
Marie

Hi Mary,
I've checked my usage history thoroughly 5 times with no luck. I know the exact dates that I was in contact with the phone numbers that I'm trying to find, but they are still not showing up.
Please help! I'm desperate.

Good morning @annawalker13,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
You should be able to view the complete call log/text log from the last week directly through your self-serve account, including Public Mobile numbers - all of your usage is reflected. Can you please take another look?
Let us know if you require further assistance,
Mary

I have found my usage history and am able to see incoming/outgoing messages and calls. However, I am not able to see any history from other Public Mobile phone numbers. Why is this?
All the activity is from the past week.

Hi @annawalker13!
You can sign into PM selfserve at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca
Click on "Pland an Add-ons" and then click on the "Usage History" tab.
By default, the usage history lists activity from the last 7 days. I am able to see all calls, texts and data usage here and looks accurate. You can even click on the "Usage Type" column to have the system display all the sms' in a row. If this doesn't help, then you can get in touch with the mods via private message to see if they can look into your account and help you find the info you need.
