Contact agent to help you out.

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+)Here

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

@Gurjotchani23   you can try to use Reset Password link and enter all the possible email address used , see which one got the reply from PM

 

but an easier way, and you can also ask PM to change the email for you, open ticket with PM Support
