@Asheamus Can you still log in to public with your old email address and send the verification code to your phone? if so, you can update your email through "my account" page. If not, use the orange chat bubble (bottom right) to start a conversation. You may need to verify your identity with them using phone number, last 4 digits of CC and the old email address, but they should be able to manually update for you form the back end. Hope this helps

For PM login, the email is just a login ID. So, you can still login My Account using your old email address. After you logged in, go to Profile, Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the email yourself
If for any reason you cannot login with the old email address, then ask PM CS agent to update it for you
