My account is locked out and I forgot my password. I need to update credit card info

The system said it sent password reset instruction to my provided email but that was 2 days ago. I still haven't received any info or email.

The Password reset function is not working properly. You will need to send a private message to a Moderator_Team, they will assist with password reset!
