My account has been suspend but I have set up the AutoPay

I have setup Autopay for my account and my new billing cycle is Feb 7.  Today, my account has been suspended.  Why?  Please help

Good to know, my auto renewal is coming up on Feb 13, so if I have the samething at least I know now in advance not to panic and just chill.

 

Hopefully it will go thorugh, I have the auotpay setup.

 

Fingers croessed, don't want to encounter any problem.

If auto pay has been selected, the best policy to stay out of the account to avoid the temptation of getting in the way.

My account showed suspended right at midnight when my payment was due but the services still worked and data counter was reset.

 

Payment wasnt processed till closer to 9 - 10AM EST

This is normal for everyone on the day of renewal. As long as your phone is working, you don't have to worry. The status will be back to normal in the morning.

Edit: Your renewal date should be 8th? If services are not working, you will have to get in touch with one of the mod.
