If your account was deactivated, it was most probably due to the fact that you went 91 or more days without making payment since your last billing cycle ended, in which case your account and SIM card were deactivated and your phone number was forfeited forever. You are no longer considered a customer of Public Mobile. If this applies to you, you must sign up as a Beta invitee and wait for an application and then a SIM card, taking approximately 2 or 3 months in total. Click Order a SIM Card on this site's home page. Another page will open with a laboratory setting, and a box in which to enter your email address. In approximately a month or so, you will receive a Beta invitation with a code. Then, approximately two or three weeks later, you will receive a SIM card for your phone. Upon activation, your service will once again be provided by Public Mobile.
