I already a a plan with Public Mobile plan, I log in today and it asks to subscribe to a new plan, I thought I have to confirm my plan again but it asks for payment and ask to choose a new phone number, but I don't want a new phone number. So what happen to my existing plan.

@Tony135 , is your phone working? Try accessing your account using incognito mode if you are using a browser. Delete app data first if you are using the app.
