Iam on auto pay, my plan includes unlimited Canada wide and US calling. Since yesterday my US calling feature is not working. My next auto pay is 14 September. Please help

@Fta just to confirm: you are physically in Canada still, right? Just to be clear, that calling plan is for calls made to Canada and the USA but only while you are in Canada.

@Fta, just to confirm, your 'base' calling plan is Canada & US calling correct? If this is the case, then you'll need to address the moderator_team via private message to get assistance with this. It appears to be an account issue.
If you have not got US calling as part of your base, you'll need to buy LD Addon (200 US&Canada, or 400 International) to call the US.
Please clarify, as reading your first post has me confused when I read the first response.

If you have used up all your US calling minutes you will need to wait until that addon time period expires and then you can purchase another addon.
