My SIM card isn’t going to be delivered to the right adress

I paid for a SIM card as a part of a new activation, the email I received shows my address but it doesn’t show my unit number. I’m worried I paid for a SIM that I won’t ever receive. There’s no tracking number either.
Can I cancel this SIM and get a refund and just buy a SIM card in a store?

Just contact a CS_Agent and they can add your unit number to the order before it is shipped out.

If it is shipped out, I don’t know if your unit was added but confirm with an agent and see what they can do for you.

@Yaszzie  You can buy  SIM card from some Telus Koodo stores best to call around first or from Amazon $4.99  right now . And sorry no tracking with SIM cards from PM but you can try to contact support to see if it hasn’t left the warehouse  already to change the address possibly
