what was the error message? A1 Forbidden?

I suggest you to wait a full hour first.  Then try using BOTH the browser and the app

Wtih browser, please use incognito mode

with app, if you have the app installed already, uninstall, reboot and reinstall the app and login

If nothing works, please open ticket with PM support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
