My Account will not load

I can login fine as usual but then it redirects me back to the main publicmobile.ca page.

I've tried clearing all data and cache and restarting. Same thing every time.

I just want to access my account. The app on my android doesn't work on this phone as it didn't work on my last phone so I always use my browser --- just as I did since long before the app existed.

I'm out of options so I need a fix please.

PS I just logged into Community and worked as it always did so it's not my computer or my browser.

I logged in from a desktop site and all of the features were available.  It seems to be an issue with the mobile site.

You will need the assistance of a CS_Agent to help you link your email address to your account on Eversafe login.

This is happening for me as well.  I need to update my payment information but there’s no “Payments” option to click.  It’s as if the My Account page is redirecting to the home page.
