Why does my upgraded 4G plan still operate in 3G only?

@Benwyllie- When you turn on data do you see 3G or H or do you see 4G or LTE? Is your phone 4G compatible?

@Benwyllie @Try rebooting phone also it can take up to 48 hours until you notice a difference in speed and note that 3G is still use for voice , also check that you have your cellular data set in 4G

How do you know it is 3G and not 4G?
Did you do any speed tests?
