Moderators will fix it but it's not worth asking for a refund. It's faster to have them credit your account and you'll have $4 off for the renewal.

@marymcIntyreYou would have to contact the moderators by clicking on the ? on the lower right hand corner and chat with SIMon once you think it understands you type submit ticket for a support ticket generated for the moderators.
