if you happen to have a gmail account...you can use alias's for each family member. For example if yours is joe.blow@gmail you can use alias such as joe.blow+1@gmail. Both will come to same email address and are acceptable for Public Mobile account set up. Each family member would need a new sim (or esim) to start their own account using a unique gmail address. You can use the same payment method for each account, if you wish.
